New transformerless 400V specifications available

In a comparison between the 9 series and 10 series (AKZ439-047 to AKZ43A-500), the new 10 series with 400v supply voltage offers a 25% reduction in volume ratio, and 35% reduction in mass ratio, as there is now no need for an external transformer.

Energy Saving Pioneers

Each of the Daikin AKZ 10 series chiller units achieve high energy saving by utilising their invertor driven IPM motor technology, offering a reduction of approximately 45% against a non inverter driven machine.

High accuracy oil temperature control

Acclaimed ±0.1°C oil temperature control has been extended to cover an even wider range.

 Refrigerant gas leakage detection alarm function

An alarm signal is output when the refrigerant gas would be leaked (as cooling circuit failure), preventing damage to the machine and defects in machining.

Oil temperature warning function

A warning signal can be output when the oil temperature or air temperature strays outside of the user defined setting range.

Auto tuning function

This function substantially cuts the time taken for adjustment during trial operation by automatically setting the gain when oil temperature control is not stable in the factory setting status or when optimization is required.

999-hour timer function (ON timer)

The operation start time can be set from 0 to 999 hours in one-hour units.

Preventative maintenance function

A warning signal is output to notify that maintenance is required when the air filter or condenser becomes clogged. If the thermistor fails (out of control), emergency operation is possible by selecting another operation mode. This function minimizes the factors of line stoppages.
