Duplomatic DSE3J - Directional Control Proportional Valve - Feedback & OBE

The Duplomatic DSE3J is a direct operated directional proportional valve, CETOP 03, with integrated electronics, feedback and mounting interface in compliance with ISO 4401 (CETOP RP 121H) standards. The valve opening and hence flow rate can be modulated continuously in proportion to the reference signal. Transducer and digital card allow a fine control of the positioning of the cursor, reducing hysteresis and response time and optimizing the performance of the valve. It is available with fail safe function. The valve is easy to install.

The driver directly manages digital settings. For special applications, it’s possible to customize the settings using the optional kit. The perfect combination for precise movements: the position feedback and the integrated electronics allow an hysteresis and repeatability lower than 0.2%, a frequency response that reaches the 50 Hz at <90° (with a 10% signal) and a pressure gain that allows to reach the 80% of total pressure with a 2% signal.

Possibility to use a mechanical zero overlap spool. In compliance with the EMC standards and IP67 protection degree. The optional kit LINPC-USB/10 enables the reading of the values coming from the external command, the exclusion of PLC and the direct control of the valve, the interfacing of PC and electronic card.
